The monster has been there the whole time
If you closely in the flames, you can see the monster. I believe that he was making a mark on history while he was disabling the SoL head.

It was clearly a mark of the mason's and not that of Liberty - the mason's built every house in the whole world. It's a conspiracy, watch out!

The monster is 'constructed buildings,' which will randomly exploded in the presence of DSN.

Mark my words, you're all doomed.

And Abe was a monster.
