Don't be too hard on OP, it was probably a product of wishful thinking + mishearing some other commercial involving a roar. I know when I'm flipping through channels and see something horror/monster like, I have to go back and check it out to make sure its not THE trailer. I think OP just wanted to see if he/she missed something, but I think the lack of confirmation makes it pretty clear.

Considering that this movie is probably an experimental avant-garde headtrip sci-fi, I'd find it FAR more likely to have a trailer debut on an intellectual channel like A&E or Discovery or IFC or Bravo before any of the "mainstream media" channels.

I thought this might have been another case of the 1-18-08 website being open in a background tab, but the timing made me suspicious of being an intentional red herring.
