 		The little piece of paper above the mask, does that have any significance? I can't really make out more than "something-something(possibly a "K")-5/pharmax".

It's a familiar map from CTW2. The Lebanon State Forest; part of the New Jersey Pine Barrens, is circled (a broken circle) and there are two question marks on it.

Apparently Lebanon state forest is now know as Brendan T. Byrne State Forest.
Have tried various manipulations of that with no luck so far, doesn't help that the url's are case sensitive.
