That's where everyone is. The irc.chat-solutions.org server is really messed up right now.

Of course, unless you're using the web client, then I'm not sure how to help you... :/ that works in an actual IRC client, such as mIRC (which will bug you after 30 days to pay) or HydraIRC (which I use, and is free).
