no such band as the glass helmets as far as i can tell.
Song id turned up nothing, though the sound isnt 100% top quality.

You know, my impression is that the last time they spoke, Teddy was passionately going off (ranting?) about "the cause" and ditzy Jamie got bored and was like "can we PLEASE talk about something else?? That's all you ever talk about" and Teddy got a little miffed and hasn't called her back because she doesn't share his passion and just doesn't "get it". So now she's trying to make amends.

I think I hear a death-metal sounding voice in that song but I can't make out any words and it sounds intentionally scrambled up.

Discoveries in the room of low interest:

A smoke detector hung over her right (from our POV) bedside table and what looks like daylight coming through a window to the left and finally, a door to the right of her right-hand bedside table.

Yeah, nothing fancy.


If it is "The Glass Helmets" and not 'Fibreglass Helmets' than given how so far the songs in the MySpace pages have been real tunes from real bands... given how nothing's been found from "The Glass Helmets" they may be, as Dr. Awkward suggested, be a part of the Cloverfield universe rather than the real world.

As always though, the video offers few answers and provokes more questions.

Finally - something new!

"The cause" could be a reference to a 'green' organization; but, it could also be a reference to the Watchmen theory - Tagruato or some group Teddy is associated with causing the monster attack to unite the world against an unknown enemy threat, etc. etc. Could be either is all I'm sayin'

Also, what's the thing behind her in the video on the right side of the frame - on her bedside table, behind Teddy's present, and beneath the light switch and framed quote or bible passage or whatever. It's blue and has two horizontal 'arms' - is it a lamp? what is it?

EDIT: Also, what's on the wall just above the light switch? I didn't notice that in previous videos. Looks like a religious symbol...? Something to do with Wicca maybe?

I agree...the cause (or Teddy) may not be as noble as people think. I don't think we should assume Teddy is working for the greater good or some green/eco/save the whales organization...Teddy could be the more mad scientist type who has an ulterior motive.

I believe what you're referring to is an oil lamp on her right-hand bedside table... it's one of those ones which traditionally have two glass shades, a clear 'funnel' which can be seen there and a frosted diffuser which is missing... the metal support for the diffuser are the 'arms'.

As for the symbol... no idea, I don't believe it's appeared in previous videos.

I think it's a light switch - it's one of those rotating dimmer switches/knobs.

EDIT: And, maybe it's actually "the Cos" - Teddy's a huge Bill Cosby fan!
