[META] Where will YOU be on the thirtieth...?
Devils Night! WOOOOO! PARTAY!

So, who wants to place some bets as to what happens on the thirtieth? Eh? Eh? And what are your plans for four days from now? Me? Ima be in a nightclub called Haven performing my sideshow stuff to the shock and amazement of pretty pretty goth girls. What are your plans? Costume parties? Bobbin for apples? Eh?

Ah, mischief night... Aside from dodging children who want to "egg the place," I will be at orientation for my new job!

Funny enough--my job starts on Halloween week and I will be working with blood! Vla--or however it's spelled... But I'll be doing that, then going home to dodge the children and tutor a few of them before doing my own homework.

I'm such a boring person...

Maybe DC will have a Halloween celebration... or something big around then (one can always hope...) Very Happy

Where will the pretty goth girls be???? You have me all excited now! Just don't tell me boyfriend, or else he'll want to go too. Smile I'll probably be sitting at home decorating for the 31st, drinking, and eating meat. The 27th is my big day. That's the day of a local Absinthe party. Then I'm celebrating Winternights, a Norse holiday. 3 days of drinking and eating and praising fallen family members and the honorable things you've done.

Well, it's afternoon now. I'm hoping they had their coffee, and I've seen nothing. But I've had a few cups of coffee (not to mention a semi-nap during a REALLY boring part of orientation...) and I feel awake.

And if anyone knows how to fix Intranet errors, help me (before I get fired for breaking this computer!!! >.< )

That and - as I have said already twice - we never get news of events until the day after they happen. Which means anything that happens on the thirtieth will be reported on the thirty-first, as has always been done on the interface. Similarly, those in control of the interface may choose to not report it in hopes of deflating events and such. Which is why I am also asking various IG characters about the events.

Uh-yuh-hm.

I suspect it will be Tara who fills me in, since she has always been the one filling me in on my various activities in 2037 and such. She and 2037 Hook even have a coffee date or something in Red District. Wink Which, of course, is completely OOG knowledge and all.

Well good news, as far as I know no-one's got hurt. I'm still getting stuff on the interface, so I know I made it through okay. My biggest concern was...well, you don't want to know.

Bad news, I owe Bunkercorp 10,000. >-<

But I fully intend to pay. I do. Really. It's just a shame that we can't transfer credits. ^-^

Oh, and Hook? Enjoy your coffee date in thirty years.

Well, I still have a feeling i may lose the bet only because they'll say the storm or something made it impossible to send the article right away. and for the most part it'll only be a article or something. I'm still hoping i'm wrong, but the PMs aren't giving me anything to look forward to.

with all the lead up to this. the amount of time we have known about this. To put it off in such a way would bascally prove that the PMs, just don't seem to care anymore. If i knew that I had so many people waiting for me to do something, I'D GET ON IT. Thats just my two cents.

ps. nothing personal to the PMs. But this is just really frustrating.

How about this. We all get a petition started for them to do something (I mean, how many ACTIVE members are there really?) and send it to Brakin. If there is no response, then we all just quit on them. Or something. I'm at the point where I might quit again.

Meh. I think it's fine. I mean it's just a game. If it's up and busy that's great, if not, there are other things to do. I just wish I knew when something was going to happen and when it wasn't, so I dodn't compulsively check. But hey, it's their party not ours.

There is also the sad possibility that reclamation worked, somehow the time iteration changed, and deus city no longer exists. Maybe the game is done? No new newsfeeds for 14 days. No contact with pms for at least that long (for me much much longer). I just can't figure out why they would put up that bronzefeld puzzle if nothing was going to come from it.
