 		I'm seeing a chronology problem here. He's talking about Ununquadium, and the date on the letter is 1946? Uuq wasn't discovered until 1999 by Russian scientists. It wasn't around in 1946.

 		I noticed that too. He did say there's no such thing in existence though. May the person he's talking about is a time traveler?

 		has anyone tried to manipulate (sorry I don't know what it is called being a newbie and all) the MP3 to see if there is anything hidden in it or to try and figure out what the sound was

there has to be something else in it because otherwise I think it is pointless audio

 		Hey everyone, can somebody write what exactly he says down and post it here because the ending i s little hard to hear. Also something interesting is that it has a genre programed into it and it is "Dream". I wonder if this is significant showing he can contact us through dreams or not because he seems to be pshycic.

that confused me too... maybe this person had been playing around with uuq before the scientist found it.

 		I just sent an email to evan. this has all my ideas about uuq and whatnot rapped up in it so you may want to read it and tell me if you agree

Uuq seems to have an either extremley short (min-days) or extremley long (1,000,000,000 years). Also, this element has can possibly harbor weird chemical properties and if long lived enough, could be used in application.

This is what makes me believe that this person who knows did not actually have powers. I believe that by some freak chemical mutation this person must now have the same abilities as those in the society. I know it seems outrageous but so does moving things with your mind. Please tell me what you think ot this.

Also...I noticed that you or something had put the genre of the mp3 as dream. Does this mean that you are able to communicate through dreams. I am still trying to understand the limits or your powers.

The refrence Cain and Able and 4:24 is one of the bible, Sam is referring to this:
"Sevenfold vengeance shall be taken for Cain: but for Lamech seventy times sevenfold."
This is a part of the the bilble where the great grandson of Cain, Lamech, accidentaly kills Cain while hunting. Therefore, Lamech, is cursed sevenfold for he killed Cain (who was cursed after slewing his brother Abel), but Lamech states that whomever were to now curse him would be cursed 490 fold or 70x7 fold.

The way I see this segment is one of two ways
that the members of the society or this evil villain against the societ is literally a decendeant of Cain and Lamech's curse and that is where they get their power
sam siivers is a figuritive representation of abel and this villaing cain. Abel will soon be hunted for no reason by the evil, godless Cain.
That is what I have got out of the last drop, I am not sure how much of this is fact and what is not, but hopefully this will lead you to some clues. I have found some other new society members and we are working together in secrecy to help you.

 		First off, bc I am new to this, I dont think I should be the one to write a draft, however, I wanna keep this thing going. So I'll make some suggestions. I think we need to ask Cain how he came across Uuq. Maybe that's a start?

 		That is the thing, we are put in a really awkward positon, we have to talk to this 'cain' who dosent even know us and we have to know what to say to him. WE have to keep in mind not to be threatning but also make is something that he would find urgent... Im thinking something along the lines of "We know what you are" kind of cryptic letter.

 		Just because you'ren ew, don't feel like you can't be one to draft an email if you really want to! It's all pretty much intuitive at this point - I can't see where the PM is driving us, only to email this Cain. So whatever you feel is appropriate should be fine.
