Census Tract 447
US 447

I forget how I ended up looking "Census Tract 447" but it is in New York.

I Googled it and got:
www.empire.state.ny.us/pdf/brownfields/Eligible_Tracts3.xls

Dunno if "Brownfields" is related to "Cloverfields" besides the obvious, "They both contain the word `fields' ."

It's in King's County ... does that help anything?

Now I remember, I Wiki'ed Central Park and saw "The Central Park constitutes its own United States census tract, number 143" so since there was that "US 447" number in the beginning I'd check to see if it was a census tract.
