Total longshot here and doesn't matter, but the soldier's build and his voice remind me of Roger Cross. He's been in many shows like 24 and most recently the Bionic Woman:

Those work - fixed mine too. Needed the 'h' before the 1020p. Original might have just been a wrapper with the link to the actual file embedded.

I noticed that too--I don't recognize the voice, but perhaps it has been altered too. Big name star? Or maybe he just wasn't up to date on his SAG dues.
