"Wave four"? [S1]

I would say that if the packs were listed as wave four only then you should get wave four only (I know that these packs were released, but I don't know that there are many of them left now). Take it up with Jaffa's world and see what they can do for you - I've bought things from them before and they were generally friendly and helpful.

Bad advertising. Return them! There were definitely wave 4-only packs and also wave 1-4 packs. Same approach when wave 3 came out. You clearly got blended wave 1-3 packs.

Ung, just gone back to the product description. Although the title (in big letters) is Wave Four, it says below "Wave 4 will contain a mix of cards from the previous 3 waves, but will contain a % of wave 4 cards". I guess that's my fault for not reading carefully then.

Still, it's annoying to get no wave four cards...

I think that is still wrong - mixed wave 1-4 means you should not have gotten zero wave 4 cards. Are you sure you didn't get some old mixed wave 1-3 only packs?

I think I may have done. I have now opened six of the twelve packs and got zero wave four cards.

Should I complain?
It could just be chance, and after all I've opened half of them now, I'm not sure if they'll refund me. But I'm still annoyed.

I'd complain. They sound like the wrong packs.

I remember there was some discussion about the colours of the packets, which might help you work out what packs you actually got. You may well have already seen the thread, but it's here if you need it.

If it turns out from the colour of the packets that you got sent the wrong ones, then I think you certainly should complain.

Thanks myf. I thought I'd get Mind Candy to back this up before I said anything to Jaffa, and they told me that there are different bar codes for each wave, and confirmed that Jaffa had wrongly sold me wave three packets.

I'm fairly sure that this is in breach of some act or other but the Jaffa man who's talking to me seems very angry that I'm daring to suggest a refund (although this could be because he thinks I want to keep the cards - I would email him back and correct him, but he said he is going to ignore all my emails until he can talk to me on the phone next week sometime).

I'm certainly not going to buy from Jaffa again.
