 		For those players here who are wondering, i just got news

Gameplay is quite different from what we've grown accustomed to.

The forum still wasn't up yet when I was there, though.

 		I too am disappointed by the new version of DR. For one thing, it seems that if I go around finding all the things and collecting all the gems, when I go to log in I lose them. And if I log in first, it takes me directly to the Prize Chamber. Is there a way to back out of the Prize Chamber and go back to the game?

 		Screen Size
Dissappointed? OutRaged is more like it! No longer a thinking man's game, they have caved and created a silly arcade game for the mindless masses, gearing a younger target group who, apparently, they think do not read or have the skills to reason through a riddle. RIDDLE Productions ------where IS the riddle, the deduction.......BRING BACK THE CODE! The uniqueness of the King's Parque has been lost, no Emmy nod for you with this drivel! No surprise they pulled the SA/DR forums, the rantings of loyal RP fans would have set the thing on fire anyway......
Whew......had to get that out!
Question: Is anyone else having size issues with the screen? I haven't been able to read directions, see scores or winner's names. I played the game at 5am, and kept trying, in vain, to capture more gems. Just after 6am I got a bigger screen! The same size the DR games used to be. Ahhhhh....clarity. My score increased, I could see the jewels better, they didn't seem to bounce as quickly. Thinking I could better THAT score, I restarted the game. Back to the small screen! I haven't seen it return to the larger, clearer screen since. Anyone experiencing the same thing? Any solutions?

postscript: I had been using IE to open DR-MTV. Foxfire produces a workable screen.

 		Help!
Is anyone else having a hard time clicking on the jewels when you find a hidden icon? It doesn't seem like it works because I click on a bunch of them but I don't get the points for it. Also, for the gear game at the end, is it just supposed to be a random guess, or some sort of puzzle to figure out the order?

 		I sure am J! First two days I couldn't click on enough to even get into the chamber! Today I managed to get 210, for two shots at the random gear game. YES, it is merely random, no brainwaves needed for THESE games, they are as simplistic as a slot machine. Take a nap while playing! Check your mind at the door!
Head's up DR fans........talk to Ali twice, then go outside for a glimpse of an old friend.........CINDER! A little surprise from Nathan (love ya Nathan!).

 		Hi Wndlynn, welcome to my other world (my only since the DR forum is gone, gone, gone) I am not impressed with the game at all, looks like RP/SA/DR sold out to the greed factor instead of integrity. Don't get me wrong, I'll still play for a chance at $1000! Of course, I am still waiting for my prize from 11.23.06 game!!!! Twisted Evil

Anyway, if you like good brain food, check out some of the active ARG's happening here - Monster Hunter Club is one that I am playing & it is a lot of fun, Geist has been raved about by the players, World Without Oil will be launching in April - this is an ARG that was promoted at our recent ARGFest in San Francisco, from what I gathered there, it should be an interesting experience!

We love new players, so hop in & try out a game, they have puzzles & real stories too Smile

 		Thanks for the warm welcome Red! And I will take your suggestions......

Just went to the mailbox and Silent Hill 4 was waiting for me. Think I will play with that today, gotta get going on my new assignment tomorrow...I am gladly doing a lot of nothing today (except packing). Monster hunter sounds like my speed....I enjoy the scary and horrific, as long as it's not a shooter, I'm good! Can't do ones that require speed and dexterity. That's why the upset with RP. They totally switched the entire premise of the game from brain-teaser puzzle to mind-numbing arcade. Hope they realize the error of their ways VERY soon. I'm STILL waiting to see the rest of Cinder's dragons!
