You must be new when it comes to ARGs. Not that I'm an expert or anything, but these things usually take quite a while for them to get going. And yeah, the Empire Online thing came from left field (I don't really like the picture...). But I think being able to own a copy of the Gotham Times in a real hard copy form is a fantastic idea for the fans. I'm wishing I had done it.
Please, let it work itself out.
DetectiveHollings,
You are correct I am new at this. It's just pretty dumb the way they're going about doing this. The newspaper was cool but it will be better if it leads to something better. It doesn't seem fair that we work for some of the pictures while others are mis-managed for profit reasons. I'm not going anywhere, I'll stick this out and am trying to jump on the whole I am legend thing. Thanks alot. Let me know of any other ARG's that are as facsinating as these two!
Honestly, I don't think that any of this has to do with campaign that is stemming off of Why So Serious and The Gotham Times . I think that is just some extraneous stuff that is going on by those particular sites to draw in some viewers ...

Gotham City Cab is mentioned on the Gotham City Rail site.
GVA Foundation is at the bottom of Remembering Gina.
Acme Security Systems is on the GVA Foundation page on the tips to protect your self.

I called the number for Acme Security Systems (1-866-237-6425), and tried entering some numbers after the beep. I got a message that "the fax number you entered is invalid". Does anybody have a real fax number they can try entering?

I got the same thing when I called the Acme Security.
I tried the badge numbers at the GVA Foundation but it said it was invalid.

That site hasn't been touched since 2003. I want to count it unrelated but I'm going to keep an eye on it.
