 		I have a friend online on msn who is a decedent of japanese, he said the last kanji is "Naka" which means "inside".

Ok, now I've found the second one, which is "kin, kon". It means "now", "present".

So We got Roha kon blank blank Naka

BTW, if these show as question marks, then you need to install a language pack.
Using just the first and last two translates to 'merely in equipment'

Ok sorry, Im brainstorming a lot with a couple of friends and translators we came to a new conclusion.

The first two kanjis together mean "Welcome" the last "inside" so we still got two blanks.

agreed, although a direct translation will give us an idea of what the characters are saying, we will lose the context of the statement unless translated by someone who understands the way the language/symbols are put together.

 		Yea, after all wasnt that a big of deal, but did someone else noticed the functions to build cookies on the source? that really annoyed me, is freaking huge, I didn't explore it more because I don't have a software to run Java here.
