The most shocking thing of all? 3912 is right next to 3913, and a close cousin of 3914. Scholars are also fascinated by the concept that 3913 might have something to do with 3912, but there are too many theories to be sure of anything.

I've also heard (now remember, this is unconfirmed) that 3912 comes almost right after 3910!! it's also only a few digits off from.. you guessed it! 4823!!

Its just the way 3912 stands out from the rest of the text.
Flip happychef over first thing your eyes latch onto are those numbers.
I have no idea what it means...but you still gotta run with it, even if it is going to drive you insane.
A helluva lot of number crunching puzzles seem to crop up in this ARG/ARE, but then i wonder if they are puzzles at all, and not just numbers...
