Here's how Valrik and I solved it:

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
If you look at the numbers, the first numbers range from 1 to 6, and the second numbers range from 1 to 4. So, if you apply that logically, it would go in order from 1-1 to 1-4, 2-1 to 2-4, etc.
1-1 = A
1-2 = B
1-3 = C
1-4 = D
2-1 = E
...
6-1 = U
6-2 = V
6-3 = W
6-4 = X

This does leave Y and Z out, but they are not required.

Apply these letters to the code, and we get...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
w h i t e stop
r a b b i t stop
r e a p p e a r s stop
a f t e r stop
p o o l stop
o f stop
t e a r s stop

Hope that helped.

I'm impressed

Nice work and detailing your findings! If only a majority of people did that we'd have so much covered here. Very Happy

 What is the Password?
In which Paul gsearches blindly for what he is obviously not meant to see

I really don't have any idea what the password is. Could someone please tell me?

Oops. Oh, dear. I really messed that up. Could I really have not been logged in? Oh dear. I wasn't. And the question is rather valid, too.

Alrighty folks!

I sent an email to 2H with the decoded message from her locked page, and here's her reply:

the shape of the tree split the sunlight into pieces, casting four
distinct shadows on the ground.

So, anyone have an idea of what it means or it's source?

A few of us are still on the password. I am still waiting for an email, and someone said that we will get a username....is the password also included with that? If not, can someone post it, so I can catch up?
Thanks.

you get the username for figuring out what the love bird replied, and the password for figuring out the spice riddle. Smile if you would still like the answers then PM me.

What I'm saying is that this is more than just finding the answers and getting to the finish line. It's about learning who the cards are, what they're about, and what they can teach us. We can also learn a great deal from each other, as we are clearly a smart, talented bunch of passengers. Just think of what we can become if we work together.

Communication is important. Every detail matters.

I agree. This is not a game to be figured out, these pages are like glimpses into each person's personal psyche. Don't try to figure everything here out on your own, help out with whatever hasn't been figured out yet with your fellow passengers. Think about the overall picture, not your personal point of view so much. Smile

Great work everyone!

And in response to whoever that guest was asking about what to use to reverse audio, you can use Audacity. It's free and useful.

I see this as both a game and not a game. There are so many ARG-like elements to it, but then there is a lot about it that is not like an ARG. I question some of the methods that have been used so far, as some of them make little or no sense to me. But I'm still having fun nonetheless.

I am hoping to get a package. I don't think they've mailed anything out yet and that kinda bugs me.

Whatever.

Oh, and I got the lovebird puzzle done really quickly, but the other one still confuses me.

What is the deal with grapes? I don't get how that has anything to do with spices. Yes, I know there are spoilers that could help me, but I'm stubborn and refuse to ask for help on this one yet.

I also don't get the relation between St. Sebastian and the song lyrics, but whatever.

coincidence? I think not.

I googled a bunch of key words from the site and this forum, and i came up with this site. http://www.lib.unc.edu/apop/thishappyland.html?counter=10 Read the short summary and tell me it does not have something to do with the journey. JANE LAZARUS RAISIN? Descendent of the HART family? CANDLE and a SPICE box?

could be a cross, or a crucifix, it would cast four shadows.
