Here is the handwritten message from the back of the first half of the memo found.

People call this a gamejack. And while I do think the memo is authentic, is there a chance that whoever got this note in the mail decided to spice it up by writing a message on the back, with the other receipients deciding to follow suit? I don't know. I hope it's real, because it would definitely fit into the game, no doubt.

I know Smile my letter is the first half. how many people out there still believe that this is fake, or want more proof? Just curious.

Well let's just hope we don't have to keep buying stuff. I'm pretty much convinced that this is in game. The memo I mean, not sure about the note. Whoever put the memo into the package would've had to know that it was going to America, or there was a high probability of it going there.

This might mean that they were written at different times, and, *sigh*, we may have to order more stuff.

Has anyone ordered the sweatshirt?

i still say we move forward with this as in-game, until it leads to a dead end. what do we really have to lose?

The handwriting of both notes looks the same to me. I think that makes your scenario unlikely. I assume there's a poor Paramount office assistant writing these, one after the other, and slipping them into however many packages. I guess there also could be a small group of dedicated (and geographically close) gamejackers, but this really seems IG to me.

I don't think is fake, but I'm not sure is real either. And is not a matter of proof. Because all you have is the letter, that could been easily faked, so there's nothing solid there.

I really want to believe, but you got to accept the way this happened is really odd. Three new people happened to get a new unexpected clue on their slusho order almost at the same time and come here to post about it. Probably just a happy coincidence, but with the history of gamejacking the ARG have had, we can't help to feel uneasy. Hopefully soon everyone will start to get their packages and we'll all tell you we're sorry for doubting.

Either that or we find out this is a gamejacking and then you'd have earned the hate and spite of a bunch of people who can translate japanese kanji in one night without knowing any japanese.

First off: I'd do the exact same thing. I wouldn't 100% believe me at this point.

And it's not a matter of doubt, so there really isn't much reason for apopogy.

It sounds like several long-time players have ordered merch after yesterday, so hopefully we'll have more to go on soon and satisfy everyone.

rkr7, how long ago did you order? I ask just to give everyone an idea of how soon they could possibly expect to receive their items after ordering. I ordered my when the store first opened and it took a decent amount of time to get it.

IG means "in-game"... "official", or "authentic"... placed into the game by the Bad Robot studios and affiliates.

Yeah. It took quite a while to get for me. I believe I ordered around the 4th of November, so says that paper that confirms you order that comes with the package.
