 		I hope this is the right topic to post in. I did a search for slusho shirts and this is only one i thought would be right. Anyway just wanted to say that I finally ordered my Slusho! T-shirt from slusho.jp and I hope it comes before January 18th.

I live in Kansas (yes, no jokes please) and i'm probably the only one here that does. So how long would it take for my shirt to arrive? longer then three weeks?

 		Clear translaiton of the TO: in the memo
Need clarity on who the memo is sent to.
So just poking around and piecing the story together and I am curious about the following:

1. Does the memo actually say "TO:" or was that added as an assumption?

2. What is the translation of the assumed "TO:" line? Translations I have found:
- To: Level 1 Temporary Provision Staff Member
- LEVEL 1 EMPLOYEE SECURITY

I think the events that follow this email chronologically can be viewed very differently if this is SENT to Level 1 Temp staff versus being about Level 1 Temp staff and sent to another group like Chuai management or security.
