Ah, school's a killer! Can't check the feeds during Psych class.
Regardless, that was another fun little puzzle.

Dang! I'm sorry I missed this! How fun! Is it too late to join in?

Nope, I think it'd be pretty easy to jump right in! The game just started a few days ago. We get one puzzle per day for each day of December (presumably until Christmas, or around that time at least).
There's also a points system awarding points to the puzzle solvers. The first few to solve a puzzle get more points than later solvers.
The PM seems to be accepting older answers (from the first three Postcards), so I think you could probably email Santa Claws the first three puzzles solves and get yourself 3 points. Then, be ready tomorrow afternoon for the next puzzle!
Finally, an ARG that's just fun !

I think it's a country with lots of white ice in it's name. That's what I sent Claws anyway.
Just have to wait and see.

I changed the contrast/lighting using a photo program and found a hidden message on the postcard.

Which leads to a very interesting puzzle. ETA...Following a path, collecting the numbers and letters, I'm sure we'll get lat and long for a country location, but my old eyes can't quite keep the paths straight. I hope you guys have better luck with it.

Meow! Thankyou, you're very kind! Those 3 elves were found but you're right about where they were! I'll add you to Father Christmas' good list - you deserve it. Good luck finding the 4th elf, I really need the help here. Catnip EVERYwhere and no toys to put it in...

Hi,
I just came across a group of people trying to help
you locate the elves. I hope I'm not too late to join
in. I see the first one was found in England, the
second was in Italy, and the third was in Germany.
We are now trying to locate the fourth elf. I'm going
to add my brain. My kitties have ALWAYS gotten
Christmas persents! I don't want to see ANY kitty go
without!
