ISTM that there is an image of a face in the first interference at 00:05:12
and that the second, third and fourth interferences contain some obfuscated text. Haven't deciphered it yet though.

 		hm, well sry for my absence. i saw the vids, and, i dont know what that interference was- i have to agree with jacks- looks like a praying mantis. it was weird that the name was bleeped out also....

 		it looks like smoke coming out of the right side of the screen. either someone is smoking a joint or the cam is screwing with us. Rolling Eyes

 		Toasty, near the end of the event vid, there are some pops or clicks. Do you think it could be Morse code? I thought it sounded like it, but you're the resident Morse code expert. I tried writing it down and running it through a converter, but I only got "GS GS".

 		During the bathtime vid there's a voice, presumably the attacker, that's slowed down. Anybody able to make it out?

And I may be clutching at straws but I noticed on the bullerman site the k in the sedated kids is spaced away from the other letters. I anagrammed the remaining letters and came up with "sites added".

 		Nice one Citzen Ed! Very Happy That (in my opinion,) Could mean that there might be more subdirectories, since thats the only stuff on the screen. I would never thought of that... *ponder*

I actually did a quick driveby a few nights ago on my way to a friend's birthday in CR. I was in a real hurry, so unless there was something very obvious I didn't have time to poke around. No GPS, so I was relying on Google maps. The area was smack in the middle of the back yards of several houses and people stared at me a bit as I drove by. This lead me to believe that it's likely not a drop after all.

I think we're meant to use where the coordinates point to with the rest of the clues from that link somehow. The coordinates are located in a town called Ely (pronounced ee-lee in the local tongue). In fact, they are the exact coordinates given for Ely on Wikipedia:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ely,_Iowa

The file we were given was e.rar. Inside that was an image with an 'e' in a square, plus a file called e.iso. This file wasn't actually an iso file, just a plain text file. Whole lotta e's and a false extension. What can we make of all that?
