ftp doesn't work now either (Hi PM!).

Given the video and the pic on the play page, I'd guess we should all try to send a picture (or vid) of ourselves and stylize in some way to get his attention. He does want to see who he's playing with after all.

You mean send him a picture with mud on our face or obstruct it? It seems there may be a clue to follow soon about how to connect to the ftp to transfer files. also, I want to note I saw something about port 80 in the unix markup, tho I am on a mac, so it may have looked different.

I'd be tempted to make a jigsaw puzzle of my face and make Dan work for it for a change.
Some means of disfiguring or obsfucating our faces would seem appropriate. Almost 3am here though, so such creative endeavors will have to wait until morning for me...

Me too, no one send anything until tomorrow at least. I'd say lets give it 24 hour for clues, in case there is more to know. The play thing we solved last night cause hot tip markup was the initial HTM so bullerman.net/play.htm. I did gain access to /user the first time I got in, and I explain the exact contents in an earlier post on page 90 toward the bottom, most importantly fun.txt which explained that the video we saw was Jeff and the first true test of the camera. Also that Dan intends to finish the project himself.

Quick note: Play.htm, the picture is NOT Dan, it's been used elsewhere. I'll try to talk with him again to try and discern what he wants for a screentest.
