Yeah, I see that one, thanks. And that's exactly why i have documented every case of doubling -- it's the only way to be objective. When gray areas come up, sometimes it's good to have all the info available so multiple wordplay theories can be tested...or am I being AR again? Screwy

At 2:40-2:45 in the video, am I imagining things or is that a person? The screen swings a bit and I don't have anything more advanced than my pause button, however I thought it was a fence post but if you advance it slowly it almost looks like someone is walking away swinging their arms.

Maybe I'm seeing things. I know I'm gonna be hearing that evil voice for a few hours.

(edit because I didn't want to make a new post: Has anyone in contact with Jeff asked him if those weird lines have always, as far back as he remembers, been on videos he takes with his nifty camera? The lines also go away part way through the video, so did the lines go away when Jeff handed the camera to Steve? Or was Steve holding it the whole time?)

First of all, Why is it "ping xxxx?" Does that imply that there are 4 extra letters? That's what I first thought of, so automatically I thought ping.. pong! Haha. But there is no /pong or /pong.htm, so my theory leads to nothing. Also, what's in this new video now? I've taken to not watching them, as I don't want to scar myself for life.

EDIT: Also, is someone going to email Jeff about the video being on bullerman? His blog said he wanted to get in tough with Steve, so someone should do that too. Considering I haven't even seen the video, I'll opt out. Maybe the weird email code Steve sent me anticipated some kind of "diappearance" on his part, and he was trying to forewarn us? He very well could be trying to help Jeff. Given the new addition to the bullerman site, I wouldn't put it too far out of mind.

So this pretty much confirms the Snider connection. The letters EIEIO could be used as a key for a vignere (sp?) thing, but I'm not sure if we even have anything encoded to decode. Or maybe a username/pw?

I had to turn my sound up pretty loud and listen to it multiple times to get it. I know the E I E I O sounds strange, atm I am trying to track down what he might have used for the voice (it's pretty robotic), if I can find I'll compare that part. I was also thinking that maybe the fact it sounded weird was just an effect of the audio manipulation.

Then again, Jeff does seem to have a stutter in his typing so maybe it's more than it seems.

I think that the video also flips to spring more times than it seems. There are a couple of long shots where it's very obvious the seasons have changed but I think there are a lot of flashes of spring for fractions of a second. I have nothing more advanced than my pause button, so I'm finding it difficult to see if true. I'll try and cap if I can get them. If someone has the will and the way, you might want to break it down.

(edit: I think that the heavy breathing is what Jeff and Steve are running from. Once it starts, they kinda panic and get out of there.)
