 		Interesting findings here.
Even if the TIDO site is IG (and I hope, it is), they are a little be belated. I mean, for an ARG we need the depth of time, and they (I mean, IRL-webmasters of IG-website) react very late. (They could build the site for months). But I fear, for months they was hardly thinking out the story Smile

Anyway, speak about IG-dimension. Even if TIDO isn't responsible for the hacking of tagruato.jp, why do they have the hack-images in the header? Sympathy for the unknown hacker?

 		I was just pointing out the line because you said they where too analytical in their analysis which is basically repeating yourself.

It's cuz they aren't doing a very good job of covering up that they are actually the hackers

Anyway, I think this site is awesome and the fact that we can comment on articles is amazing.

I don't think it's part of the story, but found the following linkages interesting/ironic.

JJ says they want to make an American monster, just as Japan has their Godzilla, etc. It's funny that the backstory seems to be that a Japanese company is responsible for this monster.

Also, Tagruato was founded in 1945, the same year the US dropped nukes on japanese cities. You would think that the event touched every soul in Japan for life, and the founder of Tagruato starts his company that year.

The corporate site mentions specifically of a key plant in Nagasaki, where one of the bombs were dropped.

Could this monster by the culimination of a decades old commitment to revenge for 1945? Maybe further irony in that the key protagonist of the movie may have been hired as a marketing specialists to help bring their product to the US.

Just musing...

The monster in this does appear similar to me in the touched-up clip from the second trailer. I noticed a long neck, the fact that the creature is bipedal, and a reptilian body. The knees bend forward like ours instead of like cats and dogs (which is a bad example, I know). I do not believe use of a similar monster would make this into a remake or anything that could be considered a remake. I do believe that something too original would be viewed as cheesy. I know if I was to see a mutated jellyfish-crab-octo-fish thing rampaging through the city in a movie, I'd be all over it with the raspberry sounds.

Now if this was the movie version of Rampage, that would be awesome.

Extremists like TIDO would more than likely try to punch Tag at every turn.

I was wondering about that too - it almost makes me think this site is gamejack. If it's IG, we're supposed to believe this is a real group that really doesn't want to get sued, hence their disclaimer about not being responsible for the hack. Meanwhile, they've got the images in their website header. Seems very sloppy. On the other hand, the PM's might have just been trying to let us know that this is related, that it's IG, by including those familiar images.

You would think so, but since the site was recently created, maybe they haven't gotten that far, but who knows.
It seems they are more concerned about the drilling for petroleum.

I'm still holding out hope because thats the scenario I want to see most but it has less than no chance to actually be a Rampage movie because two of the monster in that game are basically king kong and godzilla and the monster is not a giant werewolf.

That being said the best movie that could come of this is a rampage movie

 		So the site has no person for the 'whois' because they used a proxy. That seems to me like someone is trying to hide that it's fake, considering no other Cloverfield site has previously used a proxy.

 		I just sent in a graphic for that T-Shirt contest. It was pretty crappy but I hope to get something out of it. Somebody with better design abilities then me should try and get their own image out there.
