[Spec] Facebook vs Myspace
Just did a quick check

As all the principle players have myspace accounts I just ran a quick check of the names in Facebook, as they to me seemed more of the typical facebook crowd than myspace.
Not sure if anyone had done this before... but it came out empty. (A few rob hawkins's but none with a profile pick similar to the guy in the movie.)

Incidentally I only got one return for the "Teddy Hanssen" search:

A Theodore Hanssen, which is member of the communities "France" and "Bottomline Technologies"....

But as he has a friends only block on his page I doubt he is of interest, still a bit cooky, as long as the Le Bandit vert is french and "bottomline" is reminicent of seabed... Razz

haha i called this one. i knew someone was going to bring out the french connection of tidowave and this very OOG facebook page of one "Theodore Hanssen". that poor guy is a victim of circumstance.

and yes its been duly noted (since the myspace pages were found i believe) the lack of facebook thing. search function is your best friend. Smile

..and sorry to kraker for takin this one Wink

Hmm I thought I searched for "facebook" but didn't find the thread... mea culpa.

A bit strange they didn't opt for facebook accounts though, as they would have been better suited for the PMs needs I would imagine... Being easier to controll info on, as well as having walls more generally used for conversations.

facebook doesnt allow marketing/promtional stuff as personal pages. thew would only allow groups on the subject or say an event scheduled to go see it. even for an ARG they wouldnt let fake pages go up, hence setting it aside from trashy myspace which basically is a free for all now and a spamfest.

Oh, I'm sure that for a certain sum even Facebook would be inclined to join a partnership with paramount... Their not exactly a pro-bono organization.
