 		it's plausible that Teddy is one of TIDOWave's undercover people working for Tagruato and is the one putting the messages into the slusho shipments...

having made those logical leaps, it's likely that slusho will be the best place to find more about or from him. ....maybe hidden in official rules?

EDIT: logical leaps that involve skipping over the "American" reference, suggesting a foreign author...

i thought so as well but it just seems like alot coming all at once something is really big and i think we are missing it which is why i think we should pool efforts into different segments of the search

i think it's definitely an open hand with something in the palm - maybe a slusho cup?
