Another Translation...

Mooose:It's your mistake to wait for a chance without doing anything.

Floating Head, Male:Sa-sad... sa-sad...

Floating Head, Female:It's important to always keep your eyes open for a chance, don't you think?

Repeated chorus of either "Slusho: We're Happy Flavor" or "Slusho: We've Got the Flavor"

Could it be that the flavor page on Slusho.jp is the key? Lot's of folks have tried to decipher the meaning of the page, and up till now, most of us have thought it to be a way to pass the time, with no true results other than changing the slusho-bots colors. What if instead of finding the right combination of flavors, they want someone to actually come up with the next flavor in the brands line-up. Someone could set up a poll here on the site, (if it hasn't already been done) and find some flavor ideas, then send them in to the feedback page at Slusho. Could be they are just looking for a very Americanized flavor that's a favorite here in the States to kick off their Western phase of marketing.

[edit] Unless someone comes up with something better, i'm thinking root beer, or watermelon.

[edit the edit] Could be the reason they left the pieces of Slushobots armor blank, or white.

Those of you who are already well aware of my theory that this movie is sheer political allegory aimed at America in the (manufactured) "Age of Terror -- aka 'Cold War Redux'" can call this an example of me flogging a dead horse:

...but...

Seems to me the translation and the flag-waving chimp in the commo actually support my theory, so I'm gonna go ahead and bag 'n' tag it as further evidence.

pessimistic Bubble-Man :
- Pity, eh? Pity, eh? [thanx, eliwein]

optimistic Bubble-Girl
- It's important to pay attention to any chance before your eyes!

...viz.: An America whose civil liberties have literally been decapitated by this administration's march towards neo-fascism is still blind to the truth about their own government, and does nothing to try to stop the tyrants in DC. (I fully expect the final scene to be a damn sight more overt about it, with Hud and/or Rob and/or whoever else basically screaming at the audience: "Wake up, America! Get off your asses and start marching in the streets! Rise up, revolt, do SOMETHING to keep these Neocons from destroying our nation!")

And the monkey at the end?

-- loves cheese (cheese flag)
-- "surrendering" -- i.e., running away
-- monkey (okay, yeah, CHIMP...ape...but Middle America will call it a "monkey")

Cheese-loving. Surrender. Monkey.

A common euphemism originally used to denigrate the French, originating in a skit from "The Simpsons."

More recently, used QUITE often by the right-wing media militia (Fox News, New York Post, the National Review) to apply to any American who suggests that we pull out of Iraq.

Okay, bagged 'n' tagged for future reference. See y'all January 18. Book 'em, Danno. Wink
