[INFO] Only 90 minutes Long

Just found this posted on IMDB and thought i would mention it on here.

Apparently the movie is only going to be 90 minutes long, its probably still going to be amazing, i was just hoping it would be a little longer though

Not yet,so it is probably untrue. Does anyone know if shocktilyoudrop are a reliable source?

I think, as a major action/horror type movie, it's reasonable to assume the duration of the film will be around 90 minutes.

I don't think I'd want a 2+ hour movie. 90 minutes is fine by me.

since, if this is supposed to be our godzilla, i'm holding onto the hope that this will be the beginning of something much larger. this is Enter, GrumpyPants!

I think this will be a franchise, and even as a franchise, it'll be a whole new animal. No pun intended.

obviously, the first movie has to not suck. so, i mean, we'll see...

Its too early to know. They will be editing it right up until its release... anyway, everyone knows from past monster attacks it takes at least 2 hrs to destroy New York.

I don't have a problem with 90 minutes. As long as it doesn't suck, I don't care how long it is.

I could do it in less. Anyone want to set an over/under?

If the movie is being "recorded" on a camcorder, 90 minutes for the LP mode would be exactly right. If they did an entire 90 minute 'tape' over the course of several hours, that would be very realistic.

90 minutes was my guess on the "how long will the movie be" thread, so I'm kinda hoping this is accurate. Very Happy

ShockTillYouDrop (and any other site associated with the Crave Network) is reliable.

It's definitely not too early to know. Paramount has probably told Matt Reeves they only want a 90 minute movie. The post-production team will work as hard as they can to make that possible. Sure, it may be 87 minutes or 103 minutes, but it definitely won't be more than 2 hours.

90 minutes sounds good to me. Any longer and it might get boring. I'm not looking for character development, or a love story. If I want that I'll watch New Godzilla.

Just smash some stuff and show me popping people!

Isnt it strange? Im looking for the exact oppisite. Im looking for a deep monster movie, not just a smah the city type. That is really the only reason im here, if its an 100% all action smash, shoot at monster movie, ill be disapointed.
