Oh that , I remember someone posting somewhere that they thought that was a horse's head on the left hand side of it.
I think it's just smoke faces again.

Well, it's pretty clear to me what that is. I wonder why they put them in the movie though, huh.

It's like the smoke horse on the teaser or something like that
Well, I found something in a screenshot of the trailer, next to the charriot. Maybe you've seen it and it's probably nothing, but anyway, here it is:

I'm probably seeing stuff already xP

Ridiculous, personally, I see Jesus in everything like this. Does this add to anything? We know there is a monster in the film. Nice observation.

It's funny how people see things in negative space of an image.
Consider these:

Please stop with the rorschach blots.
Please.
Just.
Stop.
If you have to ask, "is this a monster?" it's not a monster.

The small shape looks like a guy in a shirt from the waist up.
But I think the big shape is just a gap in the flames.

Im merely posting these two things for speculation, but here it goes:
Id like to point out the tent-silhouette scene. Everyone notices it. im just posting pictures for reference.
Here the girl normally, with the biohazard-bobs holding her.
Now heres her...but like POOF. Notice the man nonchalantly walking past. i found it funny.
One more thing, instead of trying to decrypt ghost images hidden in fireballs, which I believe is nothing more than some damn conflagration of your imagination (no offense intended, I believed in the face-in-her-hair images oh so long ago) we should be looking at given clues.
I ask you to think back, or watch again, the scene where they are walking down the street in the darkness. After some skittering like sounds, they turn around. This image flashes.
Now, I know these things have most likely been brought up beforehand, but I just felt like restating these incidents, as they probably hold more evidence than...flames, or hair. lol

The man is the same guy that's in the middle of the first picture, he's examining a patient, or body. (In the trailer you can see his shoes, and the bare feet of another guy next to him)

Still, he's not really paying attention to the expanding and screaming behind him.

That last pic is of Lena being taken away by the Hazmat guys.
You can see the back of Lena, her feet and her right arm.
