So, we know for sure where it was now, that Red Bull sponsored (at least tongue in cheek), and that DJ DaVille played there.

Last edited 8/2 - so it had to exist before the events named. Also gives us an even earlier date to know when the footage was done, so no cast changes beyond that.
Of course the 8-18 date is funny, as is it starting at 8pm, and going to the fateful midnight hour.
Notice the Bad Robot watermarks on red paper - like they said the scripts were marked.
We also know they followed the early speculations, because of the 'confidentiality agreement's' comment:

ok so my take on the whole, Rob and Beth thing is that they will be the last 2 people alive in the film, (now whether or not they die is a different story all together) and so it is the cast and crew saying goodbye to the characters that they filmed for the longest time. also i think that the most interesting thing of all is that it is taking place at "rob and beth's loft" either a completely tongue in cheek inside joke, or could be a clue that they survive and have kind of a touching, i love you scene at the end with CHEESEy dialogue like "just in case we die here, i want to tell you that i have always loved you, and if we make it out alive, will you marry me?" or something along those lines.

my theory as to why beth isnt in trailer 2

After getting rob hooked on her, as all women do, they want to make them wait around and desire them more. As her myspace says, she is a maneater. She's probably called on the day to say "sorry rob, watchin sex and the city with Janelle and won't be able to make it". Another reason may be that even though she plays hard to get, she still feels somthing for rob and doesn't want to say goodbye or get too emotional over him leaving. When the monster strikes, she is probably fearing leaving her appartment and stays there while rob telephones and comes to her rescue.
