Uh, I think you are getting Jason "JJ" "Hawk" Hawkins mixed up with Hud. We never see Hud in any of this clip. He's still the one shooting it all.

HUD is the one that says "It's alive" not JJ

lol, by the way- how egotistical is that to name a character "JJ" knowing damn straight you are known as JJ Abrams.

Just saw it at work - Got busted for about :30 seconds and
then everyone watched in the office.

in many cases- you would think so... but yeah, I wouldn't feel too special about this one... I just don't think J.J. Abrams likes you.

a] they e-mail you to do otherwise

What is really close? How they know its something that could be close?

They obviously felt the earthquake, so they knew the "site" was close...

also, does anyone believe that the explosion has something to do with the oil tanker? like, maybe the monster was the spark, but the oil was the fuel for it?

I Know...I am trying to catch up even now...I think "that is close" is talking about the tanker...
