I think the names are the list of people who were the fastest to discover the trick. Take the image into something that changes the transparent pixels to a non-white color -- there is white text at the bottom with a reversed URL. (This is why my browser's default page color is NOT white, to have this silly stuff pop out on the page automatically.)

That makes sense. I was seeing it as possibly a hint toward the location in that city. Your way makes more sense though.

now following the URL:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.panicatthedisco.com/oneoffifteen/

Puts you into a directory tree with 10 text files and 1 image, with the image title "you might want to hold onto this"

also another URL
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
http://www.panicatthedisco.com/000002/
has "Not a lot going on here
Maybe if you dig a little deeper" in the source

This is getting interesting.

I find the fourth note under documents in the new page especially interesting. It might be the release dates for upcoming singles.
Also, "When The Day Met The Night" is a song on Pretty. Odd. that the band played at the Honda Civic Tour press conference. Notes two and three are accurate lyrics for its chorus.

IMPORTANT EDIT:
I tried everything I colud think of, and it turns out that

is a valid page, which leads you to an entire new directory of pages![/b]

Uh followed the files...
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Enter the 734382 directory. Then go to tragiccigarette and then documents. There should be a 'secret.pdf'. And also, a notes section which has 3 text files in it. One has some sentence in it, second has coordinates, and third has a link to a cached page on paragraph word letter crypt.

So I tried following the instructions on the website and you get:
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
PANICATTHEDISCODOTCOMSLASHWHATDOESTHEPIANOKNOW

Which gives us the next site?
EDIT: Actually, feel free to trout... Brings you back to we're so starving. I think. Just skimmed the pages, don't know if this has been done...So maybe just wasted time. Embarassed
