I've tried each line from the verse of "Breathe Me", "Deuteronomy", "five nine." Nothing. I even reversed the code, and still nothing.

I was thinking along the same lines, Scott. I tried all the keywords with the codes backwards too. I also triedthe first word of every translation of that bible verse as the key. Since he said "the key is the verse", not "the key is in the verse" which is what I thought it said at first. If the key is just the whole verse, then using "thou" or whatever translation's first word should start to decode the first 4 letters to something. But none of the first words decoded to anything. So I don't get how the verse can be the key.... Hopefully this makes sense, it's kinda hard to explain.

The closest I've gotten to anything is when I reversed the "gqrctmm wzclm odoi ieoh pd vfz yvm" code and randomly used "h" as the key. That turned the first word (mvy) into "for," but didn't make any other sense.

If the whole verse was the key, then the first word would decode the first few letters. But I've tried the first word of all the translations and nothing works.

Like for the code:
Db ktzhp tyo wpqylbro epas
TH OU

So the first 4 letters should spell something, but it doesn't. I also tried a backwards rot using Thou, but it didnt work either. I have a feeling we are dancing around the answer.

Also, this whole thing annoys me. I found an old post Ashley made, in the beginning of JUNE. So, 6 MONTHS ago. It said:

You sent the solution on Jun 7, 2007 at 2:06 PM.

Just within 24 hours.

That is all the time you'll have to complete my task when phase two officially begins. Consider this a training exercise, with the goal being to create a team of individuals able to work together and respond to challenges nearly instantly - like the Army Special Forces, if you will. You'll need these skills for what's coming next, and what's coming next will only be harder.

So you're ready for "the big show" now?

That's rather brazen of you. You don't even know what "the big show" is yet. Well, in exchange for you efforts, I will give you some answers:

Phase two will begin in two videos, if all goes according to plan.

The first video, which is almost complete, will be about motive and recruitment.

The second video is when we strike.

The strike will last for a few weeks.

When it's over, some of you will need to put your shoes on.

And one more thing I want to address now:

I believe an individual calling himself Tom D. Cesear has been in contact with some of you. I've been trying to ignore this individual, but he refuses to go away. Let me state, for the record, that Tom D. Cesear is NOT me, he does NOT know anything about me, he does NOT know anything about my plans, he is simply a liar who wants to pretend he's a part of this and disseminate misinformation, and it would be in YOUR best interest, and Eric's best interest, to ignore him completely.

Codemaster Smile

So this was 6 months ago, and we were supposed to get 2 videos, the motive one, and then when we "strike". The motive and recruitment one was The Affair Video, but since then we've gotten 3 videos with anothing about the hostile takeover, or any real challenges or anything... Frustrating Confused

I don't know jack squat about codes, so forgive me, but is it possible that the code is backwards?

So maybe if we read the letters backwards and then try decode it, it will work? Y'all have probably already done this. If so, I'm sorry.

Dunno

Everytime I see CM, I think Cookie Monster lol.

I've tried some backwardness on the codes, no luck though. My expertise is with the references to the Bible and literature. Pretty much if it's not ROT-13, I'm dead, lol.

Speaking of dead, anyone heard from dojo lately?

About the code? Well, I got no idea today...

To save anyone some time, I tried different variations of the Matthew 10:36 hint that CM left on FET.

I did all three codes, forwards and backwards, in vigenere with Matthew 10:36 in the ESV, NIV, and KJV translations, and I tried "Matthew," "ten thirty six," and "Matthew ten thirty six."

Could CM have put the verse backwards? Instead of verses 5:9 could it be 9:5?

I'll start looking at 9:5 verses just in case.

Good thinking, Cat. If you need any help checking verses, let me know.

I'm not having much luck with the 9:5 thing. There are so many verses that can be read into as applicable in some way.

It's frustrating Bang Head

Here are verses that stuck out somewhat:

Genesis 9:5 "And for your lifeblood I will surely demand an accounting. I will demand an accounting from every animal. And from each man, too, I will demand an accounting for the life of his fellow man."

Esther 9:5 "The Jews struck down all their enemies with the sword, killing and destroying them, and they did what they pleased to those who hated them."

Psalm 9:5 "You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked; you have blotted out their name for ever and ever."

Ecclesiastes 9:5 "For the living know that they will die, but the dead know nothing; they have no further reward, and even the memory of them is forgotten."

Isaiah 9:5 "Every warrior's boot used in battle and every garment rolled in blood will be destined for burning, will be fuel for the fire."

Jeremiah 9:5 "Friend deceives friend, and no one speaks the truth. They have taught their tongues to lie; they weary themselves with sinning."

Revelation 9:5 "They were not given power to kill them, but only to torture them for five months. And the agony they suffered was like that of the sting of a scorpion when it strikes a man."

I personally like Ecclesiastes and Jeremiah the best. I thought Isaiah was interesting because it mentioned a garment rolled in blood, as seen in the video.

I don't know. Sorry if this doesn't lead anywhere. Jetpack

P.S. Thanks youthpastor for the kindness Smile

Cat-- I think it's Deuteronomy 5:9. The pictures in the video spelled out Iniquity, and if you google "iniquity 5:9" that's the verse you get. I didn't know iniquity was a word so but Llama figured it out.

Yeah, it sounded like the right verse to me. I was just trying other options since a lot of people said that the verse wasn't working for the decoding. Sorry.
