I agree with an earlier post, some of these questions had to be pre-approved a limit to the amount of questions allowed.

I would have asked:

• Who is the actress that plays Jamie Lascano? Is she in the film? Was someone else originally playing her part?
o Was her role expanded after the success of the trailer to play up the ARE side of the promotion.
• Are there any other characters besides the primary 6 (i.e. Rob's awesome girl, $11 guy, buzz cut guy) that have any involvement beyond the initial party scene?
• Is Greg Gumberg in the film?
• Is Blake Lively in the film?
• Why is the black soldiers face pixilated in the trailer?
• Will we see Teddy Hanssen in the film?

Some of these are pretty spoiler-ish, so I doubt he would have answered them all, but I think its better then some of the "what was your motivation to flesh out the characters relationships in a handy cam format to make them more believable..."or something like that

- is there any connection between the story in cloverfield and the series lost?

- is SLUSHO playing an important part in cloverfield?

- how did the auditions for cloverfield go, since everything surrounding the movie was so secret? which scenes were acted in the casting process?

- will you know when the monster attack happened, if there was a monster attack, after you watched the movie?

- how did you help yourself or each other to imagine the monster during the shooting?
