[SPEC] gerald webber, cloverfield a 'documentary'
EDIT: old story, 'gerald webber' made it all up

I searched the forum and didnt come up with anything so just posting this:

Quote:

Dear IMDb,

My name is Gerald Webber. I live in New York City. In June of last year, our city was ravaged by a monster that no one knows nothing about...

[...]

...After the carnage ended, I tried to find news about the "monster" and the attack. But I didn't find a single newspaper article, or T.V report. There was nothing on the internet...

[...]

More will come when the documentary releases on January 18, 2008.

Sincerely,

Gerald Webber

I remember this guy from the imdb forums, someone finally found the source of that picture being a big-mouthed bass or something, and he admitted to making up his big elaborate story.

It was kind of lame.

And I definitely can't link you to it, but you can sift through months of bullcrap at imdb if you'd like.

I can't believe you thought this deserved its own thread. The fakeness of it is pulsating.

I awoke to find a syringe embedded in my skull

I laughed so hard at that.

I asked my Girlfriend to remove it. She gingerly removed it. There was very little blood. I took the syringe to a friend of mine who is a biologist

Hm yeah sure, girlfriend finds boyfriend with syringe in skull, no need to call the cops/ambulance. Instead you go to a biologist who has experience dealing with syringes.

XD
