I dont understand what you mean Alice.

It's a double reference. Julius Caesar and page 114.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
hints are good. answers are bad. How does it help to give the answer? It takes away the fun of the game.
I think that is what Alice is trying to say.

I thought i was just helping him. My friends usually help me out that way. That's why i put in the spoiler, just in case he doesn't want to know. Embarassed

katsmom got it right. Part of this whole book/website/card thing is slip in some learning while making it interesting for kids to work out the puzzles. Obviously, other ppl in the forum have a different perspective on that. It would certainly be easier and less time consuming on my part to give the answers out.

I was not aware that I was making a double reference. What were you referring to on page 114? Is it page 114 of one of the books or on this forum?

Thanks

It's okay, everyone. I don't mind the answer on that one. I appreciate your concern. I had a suspicion before that was the way to find the code, but it didn't work. I blame my computer. So, all is well. The answer didn't ruin the game for me. Thanks for everyone's help!

By the way, I am a girl. Smile

I have been looking through all the posts and have noticed a few people have posted, but haven't shared their camera card codes with us. Now would be a great time to come clean.

For those that are interested, I have spare copies of 405 (with a #2 on the card) and 407 that I would trade for other 400+ cards (I also have my personal copy of 406).

I have an extra physical copy of cards 400 and 402. Make a Trade?

hindenburg
will this come up?

I wonder when the Hindenburg will come up in this madness. It is a huge, highly publicized disaster, that could easily be blamed on a branch feud. Just a thought. I wonder what other disaster scholastic will drag into this as being branch vs. branch attack. The Scorpion (I'm talking the submarine), the great Chicago fire, and others. any ideas?

Apparently, every major event in human history was influenced by Cahills. So, we are more likely to hear of major disasters. Maybe September 11 occured because the Lucians wanted to destroy an Ekaterina stronghold. Maybe Osama is a Lucian and he has been attacking other branches through his terrorists acts. We are more likely to hear of these things in the later books and cards.

How about the World War 1 and 2? The four branches may had armies to command. The Germans were the Lucians and the Allies were Ekats, Janus and Tomas. Laughing

It's kind of crazy if the World Wars happened because of one clue.
