Nellie Gomez

I think Nellie is a Madrigal that has been assigned to the Cahill twins.

1) Amy and Dan aren't twins;

2) I would suggest putting this under 39 Clues Theories.

There are several more topics that have been opened, in search, put in 39C.

Amy & Dan are not Twins. Nellie is not a Madrigal-if she was she would have known about Saladin's collar planted by Wm. She's just now discovering she's a Cahill.

Good day, mate! Laughing If anybody is going to be famous there, its going to have to be Steve Irwin (Crocodile Hunter) or Willem Janszoon on the Duyfken.

I wonder if Crocodile Dundee or Steve Irwin were Cahills? Very Happy

Maybe Madrigals are not told of the whole big plan by their leaders (if they have any). Wacaga, how do you know that Nellie is a Cahill?

How about Mel Gibson, Nicole Kidman & "The ULTIMATE Joker" Heath Ledger for a start?

hmm...Batman? Question
EDIT: New Hacker, not me name:HAM001
ANOTHER EDIT: HAM001 got 32154 in dogfight, 4968586 in stunt pilot. I also believe 333777999222 hacked to get 62520 in lab rat but not sure. FYI, my method only worked on Dogfight and Stunt Pilot Trainer, so 333777999222 might have a different hack specially made... Mad

I was just reading hte help section on the 39 clues and came across this:

What do I need to do to win the Episode Prize?

For residents of Australia, Singapore, and Malaysia, to win the Episode Prize, you need to have twenty (20) cards in your account and you need to be the winner of rounds of timed, skill-based questions about Book 1: The Maze of Bones and other aspects of the Cahill world.

If so, is there another section to your game with these timed questions on it?

Not yet.

P.99, OFN, "yikes, she (Nellie) reflected suddenly, I'm starting to think like a Cahill...". My opinion, Madrigals are Cahill's, but not of any of the 4 branches (that Carnival Card keeps popping up in mind). From alot of stuff from the books, cards & Cahill Web, the Madrigals seem to know what is going on with the 39 clues. I think they know where they're at, but can't play for some reason. They don't seem to be dangerous or harmful to anyone. At this point, all they seem to be doing is "watching" the events as they unfold especially Amy & Dan.

Lab Rat
Score possible

I know that on Episode 1 this score and higher was possible for lab rat, both my daughter and myself scored higher than that and we were not in the top 150. When they reset for Episode 2 the scoring was lower, but that has happened with other games and then went back to previous scoring. Skeet Shoot seemed to do that on Episode 1. I am going to go play and check it out.

It does not seem that the scoring is back to what it was on episode 1. It is still scoring a lot lower that before. I agree with you.

Thet changed to this scoring 2 or 3 days before the end of Episode 1.

 Greetings All!
Newbie here ...

Well, it has taken many days ... hours ... reading through all the posts! Whew! I'm so glad I'm caught up.
Now to start reading all the new threads... Shocked

Thank you, DanteIL for suggesting these.
Thank you to those who have volunteered to set the new threads up.
Thank you, DanteIL, again for starting this thread … and to The Bruce, and Sapagoo for getting it rolling …
And a big THANK YOU to PC Tex Ripley for passing on the first Surveillance Camera code. Worshippy

The card says pass it on … so … I think that would mean we are supposed to have fun with it. Perhaps Scholastic will be tallying the codes to see which Cahill has passed out their code the most, as instructed (ssgrouch theory as well). Perhaps Scholastic will lift the age requirements on some of the contests and let all kids from 7 to 107 be rewarded for their efforts? Hmm, one never knows … this 39 Clues thing can grow big.
Especially as the hype grows … it could work well for the many potential sponsors.

coocooboy – Greetings …your timing was impeccable! I hope you emailed Scholastic and informed them that Arena 39 was not secure and could be infiltrated. Obviously they will see … but it is sometimes a good bet to inform them first and explain to them proudly … how. Get those tekkies working … You should be rewarded for finding and reporting the infiltration … braggart you … showing off your ekat traits. Wink

Kat, why not have your grads do a thesis on 39 Clues? … in English.
You can have each person write their experience/perspective on their theories; research; how they would proceed (their next move and why?), keeping mindful their Cahill branch. Besides reading, comprehension, and research, I'm sure there would be good discussions going on amongst your students … English only. Incorporate all this into their writing. They have fun ...but it's also work for them. You may have some interesting papers. ~*~*~ Kat is the leadership. She sits in her big comfy leather chair reading the thoughts and theories of her Cahill university/grad students. Could Kat have an ulterior purpose? Perhaps this is a type of interview? Who is the cleverest? Who represents their branch the noblest? Who passes Kat's standards? Who makes the grade? ~*~*~ hmmm. Shifty Eyes

130+ pages here so far (I hope this thread always remains open … as this was the original thread …
but pity the poor soul who joins months down the road)! Remember … patience is a virtue.

130+ pages / 4months = 122 days = ~ 1 page per day
Think how many pages there will be in June, 2010.
Exciting thought.

The New Year begins!

PS: About my SC code … I purchased MoB at our Scholastic Book Fair for my 11-yo nephew as well as 2 (dbl) card-packs. The book had skulls on the cover … I thought that might be intriguing as my brother is an orthopedic surgeon, and bones are cool. The PTA president said to find her the next day about some bonus materials she can give me, but it never happened. I didn't know … this was back in early September. I put the book and card packs away until I saw him in October. He said that he had already read the book, but was excited about the cards. So I signed him up on the website, and entered all the card codes for him. I kept the book and gave him the cards to take home. I'll telephone today to see if he can give me the card number as well as any other codes he may have collected from his friends. I'll also ask my students. Very Happy

 Fiske Cahill is the MIB
Further evidence found to support this basis

If you see the Card #66 Blackberry link http://www.the39clues.com/cahillweb/article/66-blackberry and decode the message, it comes to this:
Quote:
AMY AND DAN BEING TAILED

This message has been sent to William McIntyre by a particular "F". Presumably, we can take this 'F' to be the Man In Black, as he is tracking Amy and Dan. But the question is, why is he referred to as 'F' in William's Blackberry? Now, I agree it comes down to supposition. This Man is being called 'F' because HIS NAME STARTS FROM F!!
I take 'F' to be mean Fiske Cahill.
From this, I reinforce the idea of Fiske being the MIB, but, in my veiw, not a Madrigal.

I know this had been partially agreed on, but I just found further evidence to support the idea Very Happy
