I think you are absolutely right! I did a Google image search for Sakhet (also called Sekhmet) statues and the images matched perfectly with the Book 4 cover image.

Colour of book 5

Since all four branch colours have been mentioned, black might be colour of the cover of book 5. The madrigals base (whereever that may be) has not been mentioned yet.

This will mean that book 4 will take place in eygpt, most likely Cairo. Maybe the Ekaterina base will be broken into just like the lucian and janus base.

Maybe its just a design. Maybe before book 4 is released, the "windy thingy" will be adjusted to fit the wind pattern.

That Madrigals base is DEFINITELY NOT Area 51. In the Lucian archives, it is mentioned that Area 51 is a Lucian base. The Lucians themselves control Area 51. The photo which you are talking about, the suspected madrigals one, shows that a madrigal is keeping an eye on the Lucian base, Area 51
