Update on Saladin

I just googled "saladin", and i found out he is some famous eygptian sultan. Could be the link to book 4.

When i googled "samurai saladin", he came up as some fictional samurai character.

Wonder what all this means.....

Saladin was the greatest Arab emporer. Under his leadership, the Arabs conquered Egypt, subsequently propogating Islam on their way. To this day, Saladin is considered the greatest Sultan in Egypt. The eagle on the Egyptian flag represents Saladin. Plus, Saladin was the only emporer who could capture Jerusulam, Holy Land of Christians. This led to the Crusades. He was defeated once by King Richard 1 (Lionheart) in the third Crusade. Later, a peace treaty was signed. Saladin died of a disease.

Thats about all I know about Saladin. More info is welcome.

Saladin is an Arabian name, so Saladin couldn't be a samurai since only previliged warriors could become samurai. In Card 33, I expected to see Grace's cat. That man definitely seems Asian.

Extra info : Ironically, Grace's cat is an EGYPTIAN Mau and hence Grace named him SALADIN

 Hooray!!!!!!!!!!!!

You seriously won't believe THIS. I ACTUALLY FOUND (INVENTED) THE STOLEN ARCHIVE LINK TO CARD 36!

Here you go:
http://www.the39clues.com/cahillweb/article/36-grace039s-passport

Notes
36: Looks like SpeedyJets had to change their Guildlines after Grace travelled through them. Grace parachuted from the plane so that she wouldn't get caught at the airport. Too bad we don't know where her flight was heading. My guess is wherever the real Hope Diamond is.

#38 Yakuza Tattoo: Clue Card. Whatever the name means...

You think the next clue is the Koh-I-Noor? The black text says
Quote:
Some have said that the Koh-i-Noor holds some undiscovered secret or power that could lead to world domination, but this is purely a myth.

Where did the wikibruce site find the names to the next cards in book 3?

EDIT: How come the links for the Mozart siblings and Fidelio Racco just leads back to the Cahill web?
Me. They are correct. I got the book & cards 2/22. Somebody screwed up! Although shorter, this is the best book of the 3. It takes less than an hour to read. I put the cards on WIKIBRUCE knowing nobody can do much with them until entered on 3/3. I'll just wait to see your reaction. Have fun!

For all you know, the guy on card 33 (Samurai Saladin) is the Man in Black.....

It will be kinda strange if the MIB's name is Saladin! Laughing

Been there, done that, Ekatprof. The MIB is described as old, at least over 60 yrs, and has a lot of grey hair in the books. The man in the pic looks quite young, about 30, and is virtually bald. Plus, he wears specs.

If you have the Book 3 cards, can you scan them and put their images on wikibruce, wacaga? May be we'll get a better idea on all other cards.

PS: how DID you get the book in the first place?
