If you look closely at the bottom of the circle, you can kinda see the sort of designes you sometimes see on cathedral windows.

I think that's the madrigal's symbol. which is in a black circle. If you look closely the bottom almost looks likes the legs of whatever animal symbolizes the Madrigals.

It looks to me like the tips of the feathers of a bird. The Madrigals' symbol might be an eagle, or even a Phoenix.

Follow the summer-long 6-part investigative report and collect the evidence yourself. Five FREE cards for your gallery may help you to be first to unlock the answer. Check back on June 2nd for details!

What do they mean by 5 cards. is that a typo? 6-long part? what are they talking about...oh...details june 2nd. my bad, got excited before finishing reading it.

I was suspecting this. Remember how we got 6 free cards at the start of the hunt. With the second wave of cards coming, this time we will be getting 5 free cards.
The 6-part long investigative report might be something like Peter Lerangis' book tour. It'll probably lead to Mission 4. Scholastic is just providing this so that we do not get bored.

It's a typo. Look at the book cover. It says 6.

The book cover mentions that we get the included 6 cards, like with each book. I'm talking about the FREE cards we got at the beginning: Ace of Spies, Annie Oakley, Marie Curie etc. Same way, this time we'll get 5 free cards form Card Pack 2 that will be added to each account!!

I agree with parth2024. the 6-part report sounds like the 5-part Lerangis tour. At first, I thought it would be 5 free cards from the 400 series cards that will assist us in finding the answer to "Where will the Clue hunt lead Amy and Dan in Book 5?" But "5 free cards from Card Pack 2 like we got 5 free electronic cards from Card Pack 1 just by signing into the39clues.com" sounds good, too.

Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art. Many Asians would be insulted at those types of slip ups since it's like saying that Canadians and Americans are the same thing.

Not full-of-fear. Fearful as in causing fear or being frightening. Another way of putting it would be to say that Cahill means "so good at fighting it's scary". Wink

Sorry for the slipup Embarassed and thanks for the clarification on the "fearful".

Madrigals

I know this doesn't have much to do with th current conversation, but on card 45 two voices are talking about someone named Robeson who is a Madrigal. I think Robeson is Paul Robeson and it would make sense that he was a combination of all four branches.

Paul Robeson was an actor and singer (Janus)
an All-American (Tomas)
a multi-lingual orator (This could be any of the branches but it seems Ekaterina have a thing for many languages)
a lawyer (Tomas or Lucian)
and he is known for his social justice activism (Lucian)

There for I stand by my theory that Madrigals are a combination of all four branches.

The Blak Circle

Blowing the image up to 500% (on word) that the backing of the cover is a map, and the image has exploded from a stone ring. So it looks like it is more likely to be a cathedral window.
