Edited to increase clarity and decrease juvenility.

And did you know that copyright laws only matter when someone is making a profit? Or that several pictures from the 39 Clues have been posted here before? Or even that we've been visited by somebody from Scholastic who gave us card codes we didn't have?

Maybe you should think before you speak. Sorry that I'm asking you to change your habits, I know how hard that can be.

Tweaking this little tidbit from the wikipedia article:
"And if you take the first letter of the location for the first 4 clues in the book, It spells Fiske, referring to Grace's lost brother. (France-F, Italy-I, South Korea-SK, Egypt-E.)"

coincidence? why didn't we notice this before? Amy & Dan were also in the US, Austria, and Japan, but the clues weren't located in those places.

O.k., now that looks like something we were supposed to eventually spot. Six locations left, wonder what they'll spell? One or two words? "Cahill" or "Hope" or maybe something else all together?

I love how many little puzzles and clues are put all over the place in this thing.

I don't believe that. Mission 4 hasn't come out yet, how would they know the clue for it. And what is the e in Carbon (e) ?

Found this in wikipedia too:
Wikipedia wrote:
In their publication they proposed the name carbone (Latin carbonum) for this element. Antoine Lavoisier listed carbon as an element in his 1789 textbook

The (e) means estimate. So they aren't sure but that's what they think.

 Amy and Dan's birthdays

Quote:
Amy is 14 years old (born in April 1994), and Dan is 11 (born in February 1997). Amy has long reddish-brown hair, and Dan's is dark blond, but they both have green eyes

Do you know where they got their birthdates?

Do you know where they got their birthdates?

From the fake passports on Card 426.
http://various.wikibruce.com/39/Card426
There is a birth date field. We already knew how old Amy & Dan were, so we've approximated their birth years as 1994 & 1997.
The #'s on the passports were a code, so you can't believe the numbers. But the passports list April for Amy's birth date, and February for Dan's birth date.

I don't know if you can believe the passports, but that's where wikipedia got the info.

You need all the cards in a combo to unlock many of the recent Clues.
There is a list on the wiki http://various.wikibruce.com/39/Clues
For example, if you "combine" cards 6, 44, and 132, then you unlock the Founding Fathers / Honey clue.

I don't know of any other combining.

The 26th is here early.

http://www.the39clues.com/game/mission4

Hint on the game - there are several pieces to choose from. Use the scroll bar to see them all.

Edit: This was day 51. Missions 1 and 2 came out 7 weeks and 1 day after the books were released (Wednesday of the 7th week). Mission 3 came on day 48.
