Location: Around the world, to look for the 22nd clue.

No wonder Jonah wasn't on TBC, he was in South America looking for Bolivar's clue. All the other branches are looking for Jnah, while the Ekats are looking for Alistair, who is loking for Burrito ingredients in Spain.

Not quite - it was removed by the Tomas. Being a Tomas doesn't give you any access to it.

News!

1st: I got The Black Circle! Finally!

2nd: This lot of Cahills really do not know how to remain inconspicuous. We have all got new messages tracking "D. Cahill" and "N. Gomez".
Interesting News: Nellie made a long distance call from Yekaterinaburg to Easter Island.

Man, you beat me to that one! Laughing Could this mean that Nellie is a possibly Cahill/Madrigal spy and Easter Island is a potential Cahill/Madrigal base?

All branches have almost the same mail.

P.S: Isabel Kabra has been handling the Lucian Leadership mails recently.... Where is Vikram Kabra?

This is the exact way to get the solution. Only look if you don't want to eventually figure it out yourself. At least study the booklet a little bit more before you check out the answer.

Spoiler (Rollover to View):
Okay, open up the booklet to the first page - the one with a picture of Grace on it. You'll see red symbols on the right side of the page. Turn the page. On the left side of the right page you'll see some red letters running the same direction and in the same order as the symbols a page back. On the right side of the right page there's yellow and green symbols. Turn the page. On the left side of the right page you'll see some yellow and green letters running the same direction and in the same order as the symbols a page back. On the right side of the right page there's purple and black symbols. Turn the page. On the left side of the right page you'll see some purple and black letters running the same direction and in the same order as the symbols a page back. Each symbol corresponds to the letter of the same color in the same order. That's the key to the code.

Also, there's plenty of discussion on everything that can be found in the booklet here: http://forums.unfiction.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=27933

Lots of spoilers there though, just so you're warned.
