Has everybody seen ResEternity's location? I believe it has deeper meaning, like about the "Mixed Cahills". That's probably what Amy & Dan are (I based this opinion when I saw the video where Hope & Arthur are Janus & Lucians and where Amy & Dan are Ekaterina & Tomas).

IMPORTANT UPDATE

Our spies have tracked Amy and Dan to Indonesia, but no one knows where they're going next. However, there is increased activity at certain Cahill hotspots around the world. I'm sending teams to these areas to investigate. We can't let any more Clues slip through our hands.

Location: The South Pole
Status: Surveillance images show multiple agents in cold weather survival gear. I've arranged for Jonah to film a documentary in Antarctica next week, so he'll check out the situation and report back. But if anyone else is brave enough to join him, I'll pay for your hypothermia treatment. (And don't worry—our fashion designers have been working on a new cold weather clothing line. Just because you're hanging out with penguins doesn't mean you have to look like one.)

Location: London
Status: Tomas and Ekat agents have been spotted near the Tower of London, which was once an important Lucian stronghold. Luckily, the Tomas and Ekats have spent more time launching sneak attacks on one another than looking for a Clue, so there's still time for us to get in there.

Location: South Africa
Status: Now, I don't want anyone to panic, but there are rumors of Madrigal activity in Johannesburg, South Africa. I'm sending a group of top Janus agents to investigate as soon as they finish their advanced weapons training.

Location: Mexico City
Status: The Tomas are going crazy with security near the National Palace in Mexico City. Subtlety has never been their strong point. I need some of you to head over there before the Lucians have time to plan an ambush.

Amy and Dan could be heading to any of these locations, so let's investigate them all.

 		Hmm, Ivan posted smething about an email from McIntyre to somebody, which was apparently hacked by KB(Kobe Bryant?). It said something about a professor helping them with their next plan, whether he likes it or not.
Vikram posted about commands to Cryptozoologists, Field Agents and, um, some kind of teams to work extra hard or something.
Victor(Posting for Bae) was just saying something about intesifying their security systems because all the other branches are doing it. :/

Ekats—

Our spies have reported that the Tomas, Janus, and Lucians are increasing security at their headquarters around the world.

In Hollywood, the Janus added three new surveillance cameras to their rare book room—and added five new cells to their underground prison.

In Paris, the Lucians are distributing new poison-delivery mechanisms. Watch out for any suspicious-looking people with strange rings, or weird-looking umbrellas. . . .

There are rumors that the Tomas are installing some kind of invisible, high voltage barrier around their South African stronghold, but this hasn't been confirmed. It's difficult to believe that the Tomas can handle any tool more advanced than a baseball bat. However, we can't ignore the fact that the other branches are anticipating some sort of break-in.

We'll know more once we track down Amy and Dan. For some reason, those children always end up in the middle of the action.

Get moving!

Stop Amy and Dan

Lucians—

I know many of you are still upset about the death of Irina Spasky, but this is no time to slow down. The events in Indonesia were regrettable but, believe me, they're NOTHING compared to what will happen if we don't win this competition.

It is ESSENTIAL that the Lucians beat Amy and Dan to the next location on the hunt. Isabel is in Indonesia with Ian and Natalie working on a plan, but we need back up. Here are your marching orders:

Surveillance teams: Effective IMMEDIATELY, you are on 24-hour duty until we determine the next location. Worried about sleep? Then I suggest you get started. You have about a week before brain damage sets in.

Cryptographers: Work with the intelligence team to intercept all coded messages sent to rivals in the field. There is no excuse for failure.

Field Agents: Our latest information suggests that Amy and Dan could be heading to one of the following locations. I want agents on the ground in all locations within 12 hours to investigate.

Mexico City, Mexico
Peoria, USA
Istanbul, Turkey

Don't embarrass me.

what do u guys think? If book7 is south africa, then it'd be FISKE RISA.
branches are giving some clues: North Pole, Mexico, Turky...
it could be FISKE RINP, FISKE RIM, FISKE RIT...

Wow, I got mentioned, but the "Mixed Cahills" is something I made up. It is based on Cahill's who are in 2 or more branches.
But you are right, I believe that Amy and Dan might Belong to all the Branches!!! Because as far as i've seen they have qualities of them all, and the Madrigal's might be the "Mixed Cahill" branch!!!

The names of the cards from the 3rd collection are all up at Wikibruce. I haven't had time to load any images so the page looks terrible but the card names are there.

Oh and for the curious, Book 7 does clearly state (on the very last page) which group Dan and Amy belong to….

If you get the card pack, check out the brochure as well - lots of hints there including which group James Cahill (not a Lucian) belongs to.[/url]

I wonder why wikipedia doesn't change how many cards there will be in the series. We all know how many card pack cards there will be and it definitely isn't 399.

Book 7 answers the question and the card packs hints at the answer as well.

Dan, Amy, Hope, Arthur, Grace, Fiske and James Cahill are all Madrigals. You should already know that McIntyre is a Madrigal. The status of Nellie is still undefined.

Book 7 comes out everywhere on the 2nd of February.

I just happened to walk into a bookshop that had put the book (and cards) out early (ignoring the embargo by Scholastic). I bought the book and two card packs. Didn't get the Ultra rare but did get only 3 duplicates from 32 cards...

 		I was rereading book 1 in preparation for the release of Viper's Nest, and noticed that on page 66 Riordan makes a big point of describing Nellie's snake-shaped nose ring, and how that was an odd thing to have as a ring. I'm thinking she might be at least partially affiliated with the Lucians.

As for Fiske Cahill, can't wait to see the contents of card #198 -- maybe it'll shed some light on the FISKE RI...

Earlier in the book she was debating whether to go with a snake or a dragon. Lots of fun speculation can be done from that. Very Happy

My favorite bit is with how she escaped capture/harm when she was alone with the Kabras on that plane.
