 		There seems to be some lettering in the "flower" on the top of the hat and I can't seem to make it out. Could this be the 4th message?

 		The fourth message is the symbols on the band of the hat that we don't have the key for, so there's no solution.

Trying my hand at it anyway, based off of some of the symbol frequencies, I've got something like "Around Storm All" or something close to that.

 		 puzzle 2 for card 191
I found it!
Hey just to let all of you know I cracked card 191. The code is F4NDJTHTMH. I got it by subtracting each number by 2 and for the words, I coded ARBA and the number four is seen.

I think the clues are
I think that mission 7's clue is

. It is one of the only substances that you would find other than ice (water, already been a clue!) in the arctic ocean.

I know for sure that mission 8's clue is

silver
. Just get the Rosetta Stone card. On the napoleon card, it says

"it is carved on the stone"

I said silver after the game was created on page 300 or a page around that.

I have decided to give a hint to my third puzzle because I didn't even see a post saying someone was even close. We know that the last 2 digits are J2, there is a hint on lines 9 & 10 that has an important clue to the puzzle. The hint ends on the c of line 10 and the last two letters of line 9 are not part of it. Hint hint hint.

Just for a random fact, just wanted to say a cop named Jeffery Cahill was hit by a car today in Philadelphia, PA. Not really interesting but hey, it's new news more than we can get from Scholastic!

What I need for a hint is a division line in all of the morse code characters so I can tell numbers from letters.
