I'm back! My computers are all down from a virus and it has been that way for a few months. I may have made a breakthrough in the scoreboard code. When i was giving out the free cards(There will be more) my first puzzle was solved because of the 2 digit code that stays the same for each card. What if Cn9 refers to a group of cards that all have C at the beginning and n9 is the two digit identifier code. I can't check it out because of the computer situation. Also, ISN'T WISESALADIN1 ON THIS FORUM?!!!!! If you are, how did you get mentioned? It is good to be back and i'm sure you are thinking how is this message being sent? I am doing this on my iTouch. Bye/adios/ciao/shalom.

WiseSaladin1 is the Agent Name of Chip Cahill. He posted here last quite some time ago. His Card No. is P226CF3GXP

Yes WiseSaladin1 is Truely Chip Cahill. I have not been here for a while and have missed out on seeing my "handle" talked about. I asked for and got the newest book, TBBOBS, for Christmas and just started reading it waiting for the BALL TO DROP to bring in the New Year here on the East Coast. I was sooooooo surprised to see my Agent Name in the intro to the book. I hope I can live up the discription that was writen about me.

Easter Island
stone statues

Has anyone figured out the STRANGE Hats on the 4 statues in the picture on page 45 in TBBOBS? These "hats" do not show up on the card #252. Nor do I remember them form other pictures.

And no, I didn't get these answers off of JJcool. In the meanwhile, I'll keep working on the scoreboard.

i have tried everything with the score board code (well aparently i havent because its still unsolved) Very Happy. but in all the free time i had today i STILL couldnt figure it out

ps i need your guys's judgement on this: should i email scolastic and ask them to give us an answer?

I can't believe you even considered reading the book if you want to email scolastic to get answers to clues. no cahill would ever ask for help outside of the cahill clan and even then, rarely. we can figure it out.those who know, 39 clues search engine needs the right things to look for.
Spoiler (Rollover to View):
try looking in the corrosponding clan.

ps. this is my card #P2F23HJ6XP

Still do not have computer access. Thank you yo the user who let me use their computer thirty minutes before midnight on new years eve. Anyway, did anyone notice that some people have 10/11 for their book numbers? Also, congrats chip cahill for the surprise appearance in book of B. S. Good luck to everyone who tried for the grand prize.

Ginji is correct that the hats aren't weird.
The statues are called moai.
The hats are called pukao, and are made from a different type of stone than the moai statues.
Per wikipedia, there are about 100 pukao on the island, but 887 moai.
That's why you only see pukao on some moai.

Just wanted to quickly update you to let you know that the 39clues wiki page is back up and running. Had to do a major hosting migration which took the domain down for a week. Confused But it should be back up and available for use!
Apologies for any inconvenience, and thanks for your patience Smile

SCHOLASTIC "THE 39 CLUES" GRAND TOURNAMENT

Did everyone get an invitation to submit your name for the Grand Tournament?

We don't qualify - son is too young.
Sounds legit - Ventura/SweepsPros does appear to be the company running Scholastics sweepstakes prizes.
