There was a point where everyone thought we weren't gonna see the monster

There was a point where people thought Slusho! was causing the virus

There were even people who thought that Jamie's gift was nothing directly significant to the game.

I always thought otherwise.

My gut feeling and I may be wrong but:
I think the monster will be whale related (just sounds that way to me and whales really need more opportunity to kick ass in cinema anyway! What's the last payback they had? Orca (1977)? But I digress)

I think there will be minibeasties, I'm inclined to think tripple clawed, and that they either come from Mr. Grumpypants himself, or Mr. Grumpypants can somehow cause human infestation that spawns new beasties in a matter of hours/days (I don't buy slusho infection).

I think they all die, or at the very least, we are left to wonder if they all died.

I'm of the opinion that the Incredible Expanding Woman is Marlena, and that she's split open in front (how else do you maintain the symetry in the shadow?)

I think we'll hardly see anything about slusho in the movie save some fan gear.

I think the monster will be approaching at least 1.5 to 2x the height of the statue of liberty.

I'm still bothered by the earthquake at the start and what causes it, but I'm doubtful it's source will be explained in the movie.

I think the movie will do well at the boxoffice

I feel that there will be small monsters.
I feel that Rob's adventure (Read that as "life") will end under the bridge in Central park.
I feel that Rob and crew end up getting so pwned due to Rob's inability to leave Beth behind.

My .02 cents.

1. Monster has protection shell like a turtle, which he adapted from living deep in the water, can use against gunfire.

2. Smaller parasite monsters

3. Flashbacks at Coney Island scene is either at the beginning, OR throughout the entire movie in small bits (ex: I am Legend did flashbacks through out)

4. The infamous party scene in the trailer is defiantly not at the beginning, there is one or more scenes prior to it.

5. The monster does not get killed.

6.it has four legs, two in front and two in back.

Not sure what I think.
I don't think Rob or Beth will die at all in the film
I don't think Tagruato will purposely lead the monster to New York.
I do think the monster is Tagruato's fault.
I do think we will see Lascano in a small role, at least.
I don't think it's a lion but I do think it's huge, and possibly alive.

The monster can infect you if you get its blood on you, or if you get "bitten" some how.

Marlena goes BOOM! SPLAT!
Jaimie is not a direct character, just a viral marketing helper.
GP has two back legs, some kinda thick "Dreadlocks" like the predator(see avp-r )
And two front claws.

Right after the first teaser came out, everyone was trying to predict which movie the new trailer would come out with.

I was alone in predicting Beowolf. No one agreed with me.
