i work in advertising. which means i've sold my soul. but i've tried to redeem it by making films (my real passion), and have actually gotten some pretty substantial critical acclaim for my first short.

i love this whole arg/are idea (cloverfield was my introduction, bit went through and followed the nine inch nails one) and am thinking of a way to incorporate something similar for the feature i'm working on. but i don't want it to be as afterthought-y as the cloverfield one seems to be. if i do it, i'll do it right (and i'm trying to figure out what "right" is.

I've been following this forum for months, and have enjoyed all of the input you guys have given!

I'm a 25/F from Ontario, with a degree in computer engineering, but going through school to be a funeral director.

The first time I wore my SLUSHO t-shirt out in public, this one guy at school said "HEY! I'm going to start calling you SLUSHO! 'cause thats what it says on your BOOBS!"

classy eh? lol.

Until reality comes up with a man who looks like Jack Daw from 100 Bullets (or Hawkeye/Clint Barton), I just can't get that excited. I would have totally wrecked Hugh Jackman as Wolverine, but as Hugh Jackman? Meh.

The last movie star I thought was really sexy (without needing a publicist and two stylists- wussies) was Douglas Fairbanks, Sr. (No, I am not that old, I just apparently have Daddy issues.)

And yes, I believe Orlando (and Johnny Depp for that matter) are total women. ICK.

eh, Depp was never my thing...he was always on the verge of being attractive and then not...he needs to pick a level of weird and stick with it. I would love to hang out with him though.

and yes orlando is pretty. only as legolas. everything else he looks weird to me. I <3 a hot girly elfman.

Speaking of weird hot. Hugo Weaving. That voice! But someone needs to do something with those Spockish brows.

and Hugh Laurie...why is he so hot and such an ass at the same time?
