totally stuck here: http://www.z-toc.com/contest/dynasty/during.htm

obviously we need to anagram, but it's all number (shifted) and a few 1's are in there, so using a phone keypad is almost impossible. only thing I am fairly sure of is that the word will start with "D"

anyone want to help?

I've seen a smaller version of the Statue of Liberty in a park on the banks of the Seine, in Paris. (You've probably already found that, though).

Can't run my ASCII shifting tools, right now. But I'd say the 3 gibberish paragrahs look like what you've done with the "Location" part of your avatar note and they were done in group sizes dictated by the image preceding the text (3, 4 and 5. Though the length of last one isn't a perfect factor for 5).

ETA: Maybe not even that complicated. Look at the 3rd, 4th and 5th characters, respectively for each paragraph (Remove all spaces and breaks.).
