I checked out the script for the passworded part of the site. Looks like the number on the card is the only password, for this area anyways. I dropped an e-mail to the address on the Mainland Commerce Department's myspace page . I'll let you know if they get back to me.

Well, squid808 had a good idea with e-mailing the mainland commerce department, and I did the same thing.
