Even if you navigate to Google.com, your cookies and such place you in the UK so you'll tend to get UK oriented content. I've tripped up Google based on referrers from UK sites and had google resolving to .co.uk and giving me the appropriate results before. I cleared cookies and cache and was dandy again.

No, this does not confirm anything. It is refered to as "it" in every other one, which meens theres only one of "it". "Those things came out of nowhere" could meen the debris from the explosion (in the teaser) or anything.
