I've only just seen this FAQ page. It makes me want to throw up!

This is meant to be a challange! You have just dumbed down the whole Isis adventure.
If people buy an Isis and then follow what you say it would be a waste of money on their part. Why spend money on a puzzle and then go for the answer?

Then don't read it. Go somewhere else. It isn't my intent to hinder anyone's sense of 'challenge.' The puzzle really wasn't that difficult in the first place, I opened mine in about 20 minutes, and that's including the time it took to decipher the clues. The solving and explanation portion of the FAQ are for people who have already solved the puzzle, or anyone who is sick of the idea of a 'challenge' and wants their $200 puzzle open.

I've said it before, and I will say it again; if you really can't crack this thing on your own, you have very little chance of going further in this adventure via solving a riddle and getting a prize. Those of you who view this as 'more competition' are far too stupid to win anything.

Solved The ISIS - Solved The Riddle - VISIT A PYRAMID? WTF?
Everyone else is saying they won something after solving the ISIS

Everyone else is saying they won something after solving the ISIS,
Why do i have to go to the Pyramid, which is somewhere in Euroupe and tell them the PASSWORD to get my prize, i really dont think it would be worth it, or am I wrong?

Totally agree with cyberus, there is plenty of warning about the spoilers on this page, and if you dont want to read it, then dont!!

ok it seems like you are really close. you should "swirl" plunger up.

When held plunger up, does the plunger only go down half way?

PM me with more info on your situation, i can help.

Releasing the third BB

Now, releasing the third BB... Is it a quick hard shake, a sharp smack or a full on SPANK!? I don't really want to break this as it took lots of convincing to get it for my birthday!

Many thanks

Oh and just to add my two cents, Cyberus, I think you have done a great job!

Thanks, H2HT. And yes, you really do need to give it a good whack. It will make your palms sore, so I'd suggest hitting it onto a phonebook, or take a towel and bundle it up on the ground and hit it on that. The Isis is pretty tough, it can take a beating Wink

It should not have been made avalible to read in the first place. I agree with 'Crap' lol that this should not have been made.

And whoever it was that said people that are too stupid to win anything if they can't open it on their own' well, don't we think a lot of ourselves! You must think you are far better than anyone else that posts on here. News: your not!

Why do so many people on this forum have a nasty way of talking?

Relax

Relax, it's a puzzle.
What ever the cost, how ever you got yours, it's meant to be fun.

The people that thought being told how to open it, would ruin the fun, wouldn't be searching the net for clues (unless they wanted them).

Personally I opened mine and needed help to reset it but the instructions from sonic warp are "less than optimal".
If you don't like what is being said in the post, don't read it. How did you find the post anyway? searching for clue? wouldn't that ruin your fun?

resetting isis
resetting isis

Does anyone know if it is possible to put the isis in a state that can't be fixed. i recently solved the puzzle, but when trying to reset it, I placed it in a state that I can't figure out how to move from. the placentas are lines up but there is a small gap between the two halves. I can't determine if the 3rd ball is free or not. i fixed it to its magnet before trying to reset, but when screwing it back together i couldn't get it to fully close. I have tried to retrace my steps and have tried to start from step one and try to reopen it. nothing has worked. any ideas please? i want to give it to others in the family to see if they can solve it. please help.

 solvong the isis puzzle

HEY for all you out there who are pissed off at this thing heres an easy way to solve it, no maze required.
hold the puzzle upside down in you hand (plunger down) and make sure the bearings are quiet. then quickly and forcefully ark it up and turn to come down onyour other hand or a table quickly so the bearings cant fall out of the groves they are in when it is upside down. ( this step is similar to when you swing a bucket of water upside down without water falling out)

you should then be able to shake it rightside up without and noise.
when this is accomplished turn the top counterclockwise about a centimeter, till it stops you, the turn forcefully clockwise and it should just unscrew.
*IF IT RE LOCKS DURING THE UNSCREWING< JUST REPEAT THE FIRST STEP AND CONTINUE TO UNSCREW[/spoiler]
