 		OMG! Very Happy I'm so happy that I kept watching! They really showed more of the movie! ^_^ *does happy dance* Still I don't think my parents understood why I was more excited about the clip than the ball dropping! lol! Laughing Some Must get this on the internet...just so I can watch it again and so that we can analyze it frame by frame! ^_^

 		Holy flurckin shnit, there was a light in the sky that either shot off the sol's head or shown a beam on it. Either way it can shoot fireballs. Damnnnn.

Umm, I think I saw a chopper in the sky with a search light on the SoL? Is that the light you saw?

i think your talking about the helicopter that shot a beam of light at the SoL.

 		This is a HUGE promotion for Cloverfield. Anyone on the East Coast knows how special and important the Dick Clark show is, and this was the FIRST preview on the show shown after the ball drop.

But it is kind of bittersweet, if I may say so. A film that recalls 9/11 being shown on one of the most beloved New York broadcast programs is a little frightening. Not that I'm saying it's a bad thing at all. But it is very, very surreal to see images like that for us East Coasters, and especially during an NY trademark program like Dick Clark's.
